MINISTER'S OFFICE
Coordinates the Minister with various Departments within the Ministry, provides organizational, professional and technical support to the activities of the Minister and his Assistants, especially those concerning their responsibilities in the Federal Government, Federal Parliament and various committees thereof, as well as ensures follow-up of the Federal Government's decisions within its purview.

SECRETARIAT
Discharges all of the legal, general, administrative and financial affairs of importance for the Ministry as a whole, coordinates activities of various Departments and is responsible for cooperation with other authorities and institutions on the federal and republican levels.

DEPARTMENT FOR TELECOMMUNICATIONS DEVELOPMENT
Makes policy proposals for the telecom sector, to be adopted and implemented by the Federal Government, issues guidelines for telecom sector development, monitors the status of telecom networks and facilities and makes proposals for their upgrading.

DEPARTMENT FOR FOREIGN RELATIONS AND REGULATION
Undertakes activities concerning foreign relations within the purview of the Ministry, participates in the activities of relevant international organizations, ensures compliance of domestic regulatory framework with the recommendations and resolutions thereof, makes framework proposals for the conclusion of bilateral and multilateral agreements and undertakes the drafting of telecoms and postal legislation.

RADIOCOMMUNICATIONS DEPARTMENT
Prepares frequency plans (Radiofrequency Allocation Plan and Table of Radiofrequency Allotments), coordinates frequencies with neighbouring administrations, undertakes notification of the coordinated frequencies and discharges other functions concerning fixed and mobile radiocommunication services, broadcasting, as well as multichannel radio relay and satellite communications.

INSPECTION DEPARTMENT
Ensures enforcement of federal legislation in the telecom and postal sectors, as well as of appropriate international treaties, bilateral and multilateral agreements to which FRY is a Party. The actual monitoring and inspection of radiocommunication activities are undertaken by the monitoring centres in Belgrade, Nis and Bar, which make part of the Inspection Department.

POSTAL DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT
Makes policy proposals for the postal sector, to be adopted and implemented by the Federal Government, issues guidelines for postal sector development, monitors the status of postal infrastructure and makes proposals for its upgrading.
